After plugging the loudspeakers into your computer, be sure that the volume is turned about halfway and that the microphone is not on mute. You can then adjust the volume so that it is comfortable for you. Usually the volume control on your loudspeakers provide enough amplification. In some cases, you will need to amplify the signal using your Windows system. What you need to do in that case, will be further explained.
The Windows system allows you to place an icon in your system tray bar (this is the small collection of icons at the bottom right corner of your
screen, next to the time display). You can click on it once to bring up a control to quickly adjust your system system volume (or mute volume).
