Classical T/C level fitting for children

When fitting children [1] , the adult procedure cannot be used since children are not able to (reliably, depending on age) give feedback on the audibility of stimuli. A number of procedures can be used. (the novice reader is advised to first read the general introduction and the adult procedure sections)
